January 26—Experiments with Art
Math and science are brought to life through hands-on art experiences. The museum’s collection can be the starting point for exploring the natural world and mathematical concepts. We’ll show you how to extend those experiences and deepen understanding through art making and other activities.
April 6—How Artists See the World
View history and geography through the lens of the world’s artists. The museum’s encyclopedic collection includes objects from around the world and different time periods; we’ll teach you how to align this resource with your curriculum. Exploring artworks from different cultures provides early learners the foundation to become empathetic global citizens.
